Function tcc_unlock_double_buffer_update()

Unlock the TCC double buffered registers updates. 

void tcc_unlock_double_buffer_update(
		struct tcc_module *const module_inst)

Unlock the double buffered registers so they will be updated through their buffered values on UPDATE conditions.
