When enabled, the HLVD circuitry continues to operate during Sleep.
When the device voltage crosses the trip point, the HLVDIF bit will be set and the device
will wake-up from Sleep. If interrupts are enabled, the device will execute code from the
interrupt vector. If interrupts are disabled, the device will continue execution from the
next instruction after SLEEP.
