Note:
  1. 1.The default value is determined by the RSTOSC Configuration bits (see RSTOSC Selection Table for RSTOSC selections).
  2. 2.If NOSC is written with a reserved value, the operation is ignored and neither NOSC nor NDIV is written.
  3. 3.When CSWEN = 0, these bits are read-only and cannot be changed from the RSTOSC value.
