This bit controls the functionality when the CPU is halted by an external debugger.
| Value | Description |
|---|---|
| 0 | The DMAC is halted when the CPU is halted by an external debugger. |
| 1 | The DMAC continues normal operation when the CPU is halted by an external debugger. |
